Our products are made for  anyone and everyone, however if under 18 years of age a parental or guardian permission must be required to purchase our items.

2. Use of products.
In regards to MSP soaps we do sell a wide range of products,  in relation to our Bath and Body range (soaps, balms, bath bombs, etc) it is your responsibility as the customer, to ensure you have read through the items description, which list the ingredients, and the how to use our product.
As the customer it's your responsibility to ensure that any of our products that are purchased are used correctly  and for the intended purpose, and no known allergies.

In relation to our home range (candles, bags, seasonal products) it is your responsibility as the customer to ensure your have read and comply with any and all safety instructions and guideline lines of the product which are provided with each of the home range products.
As the customer it's your responsibility to ensure that any of our products that are purchased are used correctly  and for the intended purpose,

Any and all MSP soaps products are not to be brought and resold.

3. Accuracy of information
We take all reasonable precautions, to provide accurate information about each and every product, that is sold. All of our products are handmade with natural ingredients, and may slight in colour or design from the original picture. Each product that is made is labelled with ingredients and how to use information.
Colours may differ on various devices.

This site and all components are offered for information purposes only; this site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any errors or omissions in information.

4. Payment and security
Orders will only be commenced and dispatched once a full payment has been received.

We do not hold or store any of your personal or payment details.

5. Prices and taxes

MSP Soaps reserve the right to charge prices at any time, without warning. The price payable for the products shall be the price applicable on the date that the order is placed and confirmed, and therefore paid for.

all prices are shown at the Australian dollar rate.

MSP soaps is a non-GST registered business and therefore no additional taxes are applied. this is subject to change according to Australian taxation laws.

6. Cancellations and returns.

We aim to fulfil all orders within 24 to 72 hours. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact MSP soaps as soon as possible. For changes to a order please contact MSP soaps as soon as possible.

Once shipping information has been generated but not dispatched, we can cancel the order and refund cost of products less shipping. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order.

we abide by the Australian Statutory Legal requirements in regards to products that are faultily but do not offer returns on change of mind purchases. This is covered in more details in our payment and returns policy.

Orders placed by those not residing in a country where shipping is available and elect for pick-up, will have their orders cancelled and refunded lee any payment fee incurred by MSP soaps.

We are an Australian based business as indicated in numerous places on the site including when electing for pick up, at the check-out. MSP soaps will not cover the cosy of this.

7. Shipping.

We use Australian Post to deliver all our orders though reserve the right to change carries when necessary. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate address details.

Once an order has been dispatched, MSP soaps cannot be held responsible for late or failed deliveries for reasons outside of its control, e.g. in case of adverse weather conditions.
