SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
MSP soaps uses Australian shipping services, set at a standard rate, MSP soaps is not responsible for loss of products while in transit, or after products are handed over to shipping services.
Our shipping rate is set between $10 to $21 AUS dollars for standard shipping this depends on weight and size.
Express shipping is set between $14 to $29 AUS dollars.

International Shipping:
MSP soaps is a Australian owned and operating company we do not ship outside of Australia at the current time anyone found reselling MSP soaps over seas will be held reliable, See our term and Conditions for Reselling of products.

Packing:
Our products are hand packed with the best of care to ensure no damage or spillage can occur during transit, this is done by wrapping of products and securing of products.
With all orders packed within boxes unless specify, such as gift wrapping items for use as gifts.
Photos can be sent apron request to consumers before shipped, this allows for any clarification that your products are packed and ready.

Dispatch of Goods:
Once a order is placed we try and aim for dispatch between 1 to 3 business days after payment is received as well.
MSP soaps hand crafts all products which does also means if a shortage of products occurs, the consumer will be notified via SMS or email.

Once a order is shipped and deliver, in the event the order is left outside of the building, MSP soaps cannot be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damage to products if we are informed it was left outside during delivery and a attempt of damaged goods is filed we will not accept.

MSP soaps does not give refunds or accept returns due to health and safety, however if product is damaged during shipping or is faulty then options are available.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS POLICY
MSP soaps does accept different payment methods and options, such as PayPal, and card payments.
We do not accept After pay, or zip pay as a payment method at the current time.
Any cancelation of payments of products after shipped or delivered will result in stealing therefor legal action will be taken.

Refunds:
MSP soaps does not offer refunds for products unless faulty or damaged, in the result of a allergic reaction, no refund will be accepted apron request due to all products having ingredients listed and available for consumer refence.
